Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by Nepal Ophthalmic Society (NOS) & Ophthalmological Society of Taiwan (OST) during APAO 2026 Congress, Hong Kong

  • The MOU was signed by: Prof. I-Jong Wang, President, The Ophthalmological Society of Taiwan (TOS) and Dr. Purushottam Joshi, President, Nepal Ophthalmic Society (NOS)
  • The signing ceremony was witnessed by: Dr. Chin Ho Hou, General Secretary, TOS and Dr. Tejsu Singh Malla, General Secretary, NOS
  • The MOU establishes a framework for scientific cooperation and collaboration in areas of mutual interest in the field of Ophthalmology.

  • The agreement will remain in effect for five (5) years, with the possibility of extension upon written consent of both parties.
  • Either party may terminate the MOU at any time with prior written notice to the other party.
