The membership fee now for practicing ophthalmologists in Nepal is $200 USD. (This is reduced from $595 and, for reference, U.S. practicing ophthalmologists pay $1,050 for Academy membership).<\/li><li>The Academy has a new International Fellow membership category.\u00a0 This new membership category serves to recognize a commitment to life-long learning. Those who meet the requirements for International Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmologists will have their name posted on the Academy\u2019s website.
